Turkey Sandwich

It's finally Thanksgiving! After this night of gratitude and dinner with loved ones, there would surely be a ton of leftovers in the morning. Making a Turkey Sandwich is exactly how to use these leftovers up simply and easily. In this episode, we'll be presenting two ways on how to make the Turkey Sandwich. If you want to make a fast and ready-to-go sandwich, you could try making the cold version. On the other hand, you could try preparing the hot version if you prefer your bread toasted.


Ingredients:

Turkey Sandwich (Cold)

  • Hero roll/Bread roll

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Leftover Turkey Slice

Turkey Sandwich (Hot)

  • White bread

  • American Cheese

  • Leftover turkey slices

  • Leftover stuffing

  • 1 tbsp Cranberry Juice

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise


Directions:

Turkey Sandwich (Cold)

  1. Slice the bread in half to open it up. Then, smear mayonnaise on both sides. Afterward, season one side with pepper and the other with salt.

  2. Place the turkey slices on the bread. You can finish up with some cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, or other toppings.

  3. Serve and Enjoy!

Turkey Sandwich (Hot)

  1. Prepare two slices of bread and layer with cheese.

  2. Add the leftover stuffing and put more cheese. Place the turkey slices before closing them up.

  3. Mix a tablespoon of cranberry juice with mayonnaise. Spread on the outer sides of bread before toasting.

  4. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
