Philly Cheesesteak



Ingredients

  • Olive Oil

  • 7 oz. Thin sliced rib-eye meat / Steak tenderloin

  • ¼ cup Sliced White Onion

  • Salt, Pepper, & Garlic

  • Roasted Red Peppers

  • 1 soft Italian Roll

  • Cheese Sauce

  • Provolone



Directions

  1. In a pan, on medium-low heat, add a little olive oil. Add the rib-eye/steak tenderloin and sprinkle with SPG on both sides. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.

  2. Add the sliced onion. Stir occasionally and let onions cook for about 20 minutes until


caramelized.

  1. Add the roasted red peppers.

  2. Cut the Italian Roll open on the long side. Layer cheese sauce or provolone, then add meat, onions and peppers. Top with more cheese sauce.

  3. Serve!
