7 oz. Thin sliced rib-eye meat / Steak tenderloin
¼ cup Sliced White Onion
Salt, Pepper, & Garlic

In a pan, on medium-low heat, add a little olive oil. Add the rib-eye/steak tenderloin and sprinkle with SPG on both sides. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.

Cut the Italian Roll open on the long side. Layer cheese sauce or provolone, then add meat, onions and peppers. Top with more cheese sauce.
