Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders

  • Eggs

  • Milk

  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed

  • Panko bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless


  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • 4 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp garlic, minced


  1. Slice the chicken breast into tenders.

  2. Prepare the eggwash by cracking the eggs in a medium container. Then, mix together with milk until well combined.

  3. In another medium bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes and panko bread crumbs. Season with cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.

  4. Dredge the chicken tenders in the eggwash, then roll on the bead crumbs until fully coated.

  5. Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket, leaving a bit of space between each of them.

  6. Air fry at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  7. While the tenders are cooking, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl.

  8. Remove the crispy air-fried chicken tenders from the air fryer. Glaze the tenders with the honey garlic glaze.

  9. Serve while still hot. Enjoy!
