Nothing new with the grilled steak we made for this episode; however, what new is the experience we made while shooting this video. From the kitchen we are taking out our cooking to a park near our home. Featured here as well is a new friend of ours we met in the said park. What can we say? Meal is always better when it's shared.
Ingredients:
T-Bone Steak
Baked Potatoes (wrapped in tinfoil)
Kosher Salt
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare the grill by heating the charcoal
2. Place the T-Bone Steak and baked potatoes on the grill. Season the steak with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper
3. Flip the steak after 5 mins and season again. Take out from the heat once desired doneness of the meat is achieved.
4. Serve and enjoy!
