Say goodbye to dry and bland grilled chicken by following this recipe! Cooking grilled chicken may sound simple and easy, but without the proper guide, it may come out rubbery or dry. But, our grilled tasty chicken will ensure the juiciness and tastiness of the chicken. In addition, to help you save a couple of bucks, we will teach you how to debone and skin a chicken thigh for easier meal preparation.
Ingredients:
6 medium chicken thighs, boneless & skinless
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce (coconut aminos for whole 30)
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp tomato bouillon or achiote powder
1 tsp Adobo seasoning
½ dried oregano powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Place the chicken thighs in a ziplock bag or container and marinade with vinegar and soy sauce. Put it n the refrigerator for about half an hour.
Meanwhile, combine cumin, onion powder, tomato bouillon/ achiote powder, adobo seasoning, oregano powder, and garlic powder in a seasoning container. This will serve as the spice blend.
Take the chicken from the fridge and cook on the grill. Season one side and let it cook until golden brown before flipping. Once flipped, season the other side.
Take the chicken from the grill and cut it into slices.
Serve the chicken in tacos by placing it n a tortilla wrap with rice, queso fresco, and pico de gallo. Add spice if desired.
