Grilled Lemon Chicken with Lemon Butter

Dear food enthusiast, if you're ready to embark on a flavor adventure that will leave you grinning from ear to ear, grab a seat at the table and prepare to be dazzled by the extraordinary combination of Grilled Lemon Chicken with Lemon Butter Pasta. Get ready to elevate your taste buds!


  • 1 lb angel hair pasta

  • 1 stick salted butter

  • ½ cup half n half

  • Zest & juice of 2 lemons

For the chicken marinade:

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken (breast or thighs)

  • Juice & zest of one lemon

  • 2 tsp fresh black pepper

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 3 tbsp cooking oil


  1. Cut the boneless chicken into fillets for easier cooking.

  2. Prepare the marinade in a mixing bowl and combine the juice and zest of lemon, pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Mix together and marinate the chicken fillet for a minimum of 1 hour in the fridge.

  3. Grease the pan with cooking oil and fry the marinated chicken. Once it reaches 165F or the chicken turns golden brown, take it out from the pan and set aside.

  4. Meanwhile, boil a casserole with salted water. Once boiling, cook the pasta.

  5. Drain the water. While the pasta is still hot, combine butter, cream, and zest and juice of lemon. Mix evenly.

  6. Serve the pasta and chicken together. Enjoy!
