Grilled Cheese Burger

3...2...1... It’s burger o’clock! Just kidding, it’s always a good time for burgers, and for that, we will introduce JBros Grilled Cheese Burger. Definitely, the first burger we ever made, right? 👀. Moving on, the smokey flavor from the grill is a big bonus when you take a bite of this juicy and savory burger. It is fast and easy to make; perfect for fun swimming, snacking, or any outdoor activity.

  • 1 lb. 80-percent lean ground beef patties, chilled

  • Kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • 8 slices of country white bread, 1/2 thick

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 16 slices Colby Jack Cheese

  1. Prepare and heat the smoker grill. Place the patties and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook each side for 3-5 mins. Remove from direct heat once thoroughly cooked.

  2. Cover the white bread with melted butter and toast on a heated non-stick pan.

  3. Then, place Colby jack cheese on the pan and immediately cover with the toasted bread. Melt it just enough before removing it from heat. Be careful not to burn the cheese.

  4. To make the perfect arrangement, layer as follows: Toasted bread with melted cheese, two patties, and another toasted bread with melted cheese.

  5. Serve while still hot. Enjoy!
