Goodbye McRibs

Here we are on another JBros Hospital Edition episode. Today, we will not be cooking any dishes, but we will say goodbye to McDonald's McRibs. A quick look at the past, the McRibs has been around for over 20 years, and it's one of the most beloved menus at McDonald's. It's a boneless pork patty on a bun with pickles and onions, which is basically what you'd expect from a burger, but this sandwich has been served since the early 1990s.

There are two different kinds of McRibs: regular and barbecue. The regular McRib is made from pork trimmings that have been mixed with water, salt, and sugar (the sugar helps keep it moist). For today, we will be trying out the barbecue flavor.

This menu gathered fans but also a lot of haters, however, since it is now on its farewell tour this year, we are here to encourage you to grab a taste of it before it's gone forever. And once that happened, we JBros are here to rescue your cravings by finding alternatives for the classic McRibs.

We will be having the McBanquet and McSam's (these are market-bought processed meat) alongside the original McRibs. Click the link here also to try the best McRibs alternative, the McBros by yours truly. Watch these videos to get the most of our reviews of the best McRibs substitute.
