Looking for a low-priced meal? This recipe only requires ramen noodles, chicken, and some basic ingredients. Garlic chicken is perfect for weeknights and is easy to do. Increasing the serving amount is no hard feat for it can fill your stomach just by adding more ramen noodles. Try this recipe and once you make it yourself, it would surely be a winner-winner chicken dinner!
2 large chicken breasts, 1-inch cubes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp extra virgin oil
6 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley or 1 tsp dry
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 ramen noodles
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 heaping tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth or water
2 packets ramen seasoning
Cut the chicken into cubes. Season with pepper and salt then cover with 1 tbsp flour.
Meanwhile, grease the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Fry the chicken until golden brown.
Simultaneously, minced garlic. add butter before mixing garlic with the chicken. Finish with 2 tbsp parsley before setting aside.
4. On the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter and gradually add 2 heaping tbsp flour. Whisk continuously while slowly pouring hot water. Dissolve ramen seasoning while still whisking. (Remember to pour water little by little.) Simmer for 10 mins.
5. In the meantime, boil ramen noodles for 3 mins. Transfer noodles to a bowl.
6. Top the noodles with the garlic chicken and drizzle with gravy.
7. Serve fresh and hot. Enjoy!
