Fried Chicken Stir-fry

Try our amazing Fried Chicken Stir-fry, a special dish that puts a fun twist on a classic favorite! For chicken:

1 egg

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cubed

¾ cup cornstarch

Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetable oil

For Sauce:

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp white vinegar

2 oz tomato sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

½ cup water

1 tbsp cornstarch

Salt and pepper to taste

For Vegetables:

Olive oil

1 onion, roughly chopped

1 red bell pepper, minced

1 green bell pepper, roughly chopped

4 cloves garlic


  1. In a medium bowl, crack and beat an egg. Add soy sauce and vinegar and mix together. Soak the cubed chicken and let it sit in the fridge for 30 mins or more.

  2. After the chicken has been marinated, heat on medium-high and grease a medium pan with olive oil, saute the onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and garlic.

  3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, and brown sugar. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Meanwhile, mix the cornstarch and water, then add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer. f

  4. Get the marinated chicken and coat with cornstarch. Once fully coated, deep fry until golden brown. Take the chicken from the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Place the fried chicken in the sauce and stir until thoroughly mixed. Transfer to a bowl or plate

  6. Serve while still hot. Enjoy!
