1 1/2-2 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp butter or margarine
4 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs, room temperature
2 tbsp flour
Heat oven to 325 °F.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in bowl. Transfer and press into a 9 inch spring form cake pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer on low until blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing batter after each egg. Add flour and beat in by hand. Pour batter over crust.
Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, until center is almost set. Let cool for 1 hour before transferring to refrigerator and chill 4 hours or overnight.
Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake, remove cake from pan and enjoy!
