Crust Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 5 tbsp butter or margarine

Filling Ingredients

  • 4 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1 cups sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 4 eggs, room temperature

  • 2 tbsp flour


  1. Heat oven to 325 °F.

  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in bowl. Transfer and press into a 9 inch spring form cake pan and bake for 10 minutes.

  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer on low until blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing batter after each egg. Add flour and beat in by hand. Pour batter over crust.

  4. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, until center is almost set. Let cool for 1 hour before transferring to refrigerator and chill 4 hours or overnight.

  5. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake, remove cake from pan and enjoy!
