Ingredients:
1 pack of bacon
1 lb ground bison
1 packet ranch seasoning
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt, Pepper, & Garlic to taste
Toppings:
4 ciabatta burger buns
4 slices American cheese
1 large tomato, sliced
½ red onion, sliced
Directions:
Pre-heat the grill and toast the buns. Preheat your grill 400 degrees F. Lightly oil the grill grates with high temp cooking oil.
Make the bison patties. Prepare the patties while the grill preheats. Cut the bacon finely and combine it with the bison in a large container. Season with Worcestershire sauce and ranch seasoning. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated. Form the patties into 4 equal size patties.
Grill the burgers: Place the prepared patties on the hot grates of the grill. Grill, without pressing or flipping, for 6 minutes. Flip the patties and cook for 2 more minutes before topping with a slice of American cheese. Continue cooking until the cheese is melted and your burgers reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees F.
Arrange the burgers: build the burger by adding cheese, tomato, red onion, and other toppings available and according to your preference.
Serve and enjoy!
